Obituary of Madeline M. Webber

Madeline M. Webber, 68, of Rome, passed away on Wednesday, January 22, 2020 at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Syracuse. Born in Ilion on December 1, 1951, she was a daughter of the late Ralph and Carmella (Salvaggio) Ciociola. On February 18, 1984 she was united in marriage to Gerald Webber. Madeline loved to help people and her home was always open to those who needed comfort or a home cooked meal. She loved spending time with her cherished grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Surviving besides her beloved husband, Gerald, is a daughter, Michelle Campos; a son, James (Angela) Dye; two brothers, Michael (Karen) and Ralph Ciociola; five grandchildren, Courtney (Michael) Forester, Bethany Vaitkus, Emily Dye, Rio Boehl and Jillian (Greg) Morgan; four great-grandchildren, Zionah, Jahzara, Jahdava and Willow; her in-laws, Marion and Walter Webber; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, January 25th at 2:00 p.m. at Nunn and Harper Funeral Home, Inc., 418 N. George St., Rome. Interment will take place in Rome Cemetery in the spring. Family and friends are invited to call at the funeral home prior to the service on Saturday from 12-2:00 p.m.
