Obituary of Murle G. McConnell

Murle G. McConnell, 71, of Camden, passed away on Friday, November 10, 2023. He was born in Oneida on March 6, 1952, a son of the late George and Dorothy (Chilton) McConnell. He was a graduate of Altmar Parish Williamstown High School and on May 16, 2009, he was united in marriage to Marjorie Clark Denison.

Murle worked for many years for Orchard Earth and Pipe in Syracuse. He was a member of the Sh*tbirds and Old Bastards.

Surviving besides his loving wife, Marjorie, is a daughter, Traci Beal (Tony); a sister, Nancy Howard; a brother, Scott McConnell; seven grandchildren, Matthew, William, Brittany, Gavin, Dakota, Madison and Nora; a stepson, Michael Denison (Kimberly) and their children; and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by a daughter, Sherry McConnell; a sister, Donna DeCory; and a stepson, Daniel Denison.

Graveside services will be held on Thursday, November 16^th at 3:00 p.m. at Fairview Cemetery in Williamstown. There are no calling hours. Arrangements have been entrusted to Nunn and Harper Funeral Home, Inc., 9464 State Rt. 13, Camden NY 13316.
